Murzuq Oil Services Ltd (MOSL) is a business services company incorporated in the UK by Libya’s National Oil Corporation (NOC).
Consequently, Our prime focus is to create value for our clients, petroleum and natural gas extraction businesses, by providing support to improve their business processes and corporate performance. Initially focused on our Libyan Oil & Gas sector clients, our longer-term vision is to render our services globally.
MOSL is a London-based company offering a hub for engineering and consulting companies and world-class technologies, enabling us to help NOC and its affiliates in the wider Libyan Oil & Gas Sector meet their ambitious growth plans. In addition, support them by providing training and development for their personnel.
We are the overseas acting arm of the NOC. This London location provides a hub for talent in the UK of engineering and consulting companies and the excellent technologies to support NOC and MOSL to meet our growth plans.
- Creating the NOC Exploration and Production (E&P) Global Database and Future E&P GateWay.
- Supplying the NOC with Global Material and Procurement Database & Management System.
- Our Smart Systems will support our business services (Supply Chain, travel, Training, and Development).
Our ultimate goal is to advise NOC on the best techniques to leverage Libya’s oil and gas reserves on strategic decisions. It includes significant investment, mergers, acquisitions, and supporting NOC to become one of the world’s leading integrated international energy companies.
