However, to ensure clarity and fairness in our recruitment processes, we have established the following guidelines regarding submissions from recruitment agencies:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Engagement Requirement<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>MOSL will only pay a placement fee when there is a prior written engagement in place between MOSL&#8217;s recruitment function and the third-party agency. This engagement must be established before the submission of any candidate&#8217;s resume or CV.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Unauthorized Submissions<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>In cases where candidate(s) are submitted or presented to MOSL by a third party without a formal engagement, <strong><u>MOSL explicitly reserves the right to pursue and hire those candidate(s) without any financial obligation to the recruiter or agency involved<\/u><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Preferred Supplier List<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>MOSL maintains a formal Approved Vendor or Preferred Supplier List for recruitment purposes. Agencies on this list have undergone a thorough evaluation process, and our relationships with them are based on established agreements.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Annual Vendor Review<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Our Approved Vendor or Preferred Supplier List is subject to annual review. We welcome inquiries from well-established and experienced agencies with a track record of servicing major oil and gas operators or service companies. The review process is conducted annually.<\/p>\n<p>This policy ensures transparency, fairness, and adherence to best practices in our engagement with recruitment agencies.
