Initially focused on our Libyan Oil &amp; Gas sector clients, our longer-term vision is to render our services globally.<\/p>\n<p>MOSL is a London-based company offering a hub for engineering and consulting companies and world-class technologies, enabling us to help NOC and its affiliates in the wider Libyan Oil &amp; Gas Sector meet their ambitious growth plans.
